Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Refunds for cancelled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. We recommend monitoring your payment method for the refund credit. If you do not see the refund after 7 business days, please refer to the "Late or Missing Refunds" section below for further instructions.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, and items marked as final sale. Please review your product details carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies. Credit card refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process after being issued by our company. For other payment methods (such as PayPal or bank transfers), processing times may vary.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a discount on your original purchase, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider. Some financial institutions require additional time to process the refund transaction. If you've confirmed with your bank that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us immediately.

When inquiring about a missing refund, please provide your order number, the date of your refund approval email, and the payment method used for the original transaction. Our customer service team will investigate the matter and provide you with updates within 2 business days.

In rare cases where a refund cannot be processed to your original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve any refund discrepancies.
